Terms and Conditions
General terms for using the ScotAir Transfers website and services.
Last updated 7 September 2026
Who we are
ScotAir Transfers is a trading name operated by Corporate Taxis Dunfermline Ltd ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the ScotAir Transfers website and to every airport transfer booked through it, by telephone or by email.
By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.
Quotes and bookings
A quote shown on the website is an offer to provide the journey described at the price shown, for the passengers, luggage and vehicle class stated. A booking is created when you submit the booking form and becomes confirmed only when payment has been verified or we have confirmed it in writing.
We may decline or cancel a booking where the details are incorrect, the vehicle selected cannot safely carry the passengers or luggage, or the journey cannot reasonably be performed. Any payment taken for a declined booking will be refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling. The price saved with your booking will not change unless you ask us to change the journey (for example a different address, date, time, passenger count or additional stop), in which case we will tell you the revised price before you agree to it.
Additional waiting time beyond the included allowance, extra stops requested on the day, and soiling charges may be charged in accordance with our booking terms.
Your responsibilities
You must provide a correct pickup address, contact mobile number and, for airport collections, the correct flight number. You are responsible for choosing a pickup time that allows enough time to check in.
Passengers must wear seat belts, must not smoke or vape in the vehicle, and must behave respectfully towards the driver. Children must use appropriate restraints where the law requires.
Delays and events outside our control
We plan journeys carefully, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, accidents or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Complaints and contact
If something goes wrong, contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference. We aim to respond to complaints within five working days.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
