Once you have collected your luggage, walk through to the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting with a name board. If you cannot see them, call the number in your confirmation before leaving the terminal.
Yes. We track your flight number, so your driver is timed to your actual landing. A waiting allowance after landing is included in every airport collection; the amount is shown on the airport information in your booking.
As soon as your flights are confirmed. Online bookings need a minimum notice period and early-morning departures fill up quickly, especially in summer and around holidays.
Yes. Fife and the Lothians are priced instantly online. Longer journeys from Perthshire, Tayside, the Highlands and the Borders are either priced by distance online or quoted individually.
Any airport drop-off or pickup charges that apply to your journey are built into your fare, so there is nothing to pay at the terminal.
Tell us the ages of any children in the booking notes and we will confirm what can be provided. In a licensed private hire vehicle children may travel without a child seat if none is available, but we prefer to arrange one where possible.
