Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Who is responsible for your data
Corporate Taxis Dunfermline Ltd, trading as ScotAir Transfers, is the data controller for information collected through this website.
What we collect
To provide a transfer we collect your name, email address, mobile number, pickup and destination addresses, travel dates and times, flight details, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you add. Payment card details are collected directly by our payment provider (Stripe) and never stored on our systems.
We also keep technical records needed to run and secure the site, such as server logs, and, if you consent, analytics data about how the site is used.
Why we use it
We use your information to quote, arrange and perform your journey, to take payment and issue confirmations and receipts, to contact you about the booking, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in running the business, and legal obligation.
We only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Journey details are shared with the driver assigned to your booking. We use trusted service providers for hosting, payments, mapping and email delivery, who process data on our instructions. If WhatsApp owner notifications are enabled for a booking, a summary of your journey (name, mobile number, pickup and destination, flight details and any notes you provide) is also sent via Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to notify our operations team — Meta processes that message under its own WhatsApp Business terms. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after a shorter period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Contact us using the details on the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
